💬 What part of your lash appointments do you think keeps clients coming back — aside the lashes themselves?
Think about the wholeeeee experience! Is it how you talk them through their appointment? The aftercare? The comfort of your space? These are all things that build loyalty, keep your clients coming back AND justify premium prices 👀 When I had my salon my clients used to loveeee getting their takeaway coffees in our cute mugs 🥰

I think building a genuine connection with your client makes such a difference. Taking the time to get to know them, remembering the little details about their life, and showing real interest goes a long way. Of course, having great lash work is key, but when clients feel comfortable, valued, and see you as both professional and friendly, they’re much less likely to go elsewhere x
New Instagram editing app 📲👀
So I always used to edit my content in TikTok because you used to be able to save the video with NO watermark before posting. TikTok have now changed this and I hateeeeee it !! I’ve never been a CapCut girlie, it always gives me storage issues on my phone AND there’s soooo many features I get distracted easily from playing all the sounds 🤣 So I’m gonna be testing out the NEW Instagram editing app and let you all know what I think!! Has anyone else tried it yet? If so what did you think?

I haven’t tried it but looking forward to hearing how you get on x
Lash separation can make or break a lash lift - So how do you ensure every lash is perfectly placed? 🤔
When it comes to lash lifts, your placement isn’t just about aesthetics It actually directly impacts retention, curl consistency and your overall client satisfaction. A messy or uneven lift can lead to lashes crossing over, weak lifts, or patchy results that ruin the final look (this can actually end up quite painful for your client too if their lashes can't grow out properly) Soooo let’s talk technique & ask yourself these questions 👇 ❓ What’s your go to method for getting every lash in the right place? ➡️ Do you prefer working with balm or adhesive and why? ➡️ How do you handle tricky areas like the inner and outer corners? ➡️ What’s your process for checking and correcting placement before applying solutions? I’ve got my own foolproof method for lash separation that guarantees even, lifted results every single time (if you've watched the Lash Lift Masterclass you'll have seen how I do it) but I wanna hear what works for YOU! 💬 Drop your tips, struggles, or questions below so we can refine your technique and get those lifts looking unreaalllll every single time 👏

I’ve never tried the balm but I do find the adhesive to be very good. How do you get the adhesive out easier so that you can use the glue for your client without double dipping? Do you scoop it out with the brush and put onto the tile? Sorry if I’ve not explained that very well 🤣
