One of the top groups when it comes down to Nogi BJJ, the amount of information Josh has provided has been gold, the hardest thing for me when it came to bjj was asking more experienced people how do I understand bjj and their answers would always be “keep showing up”. That’s not an answer I was very interested in then once I joined Josh’s group, him breaking bjj down to the core has been major and has really helped me understand bjj at the fundamental level which I was looking for 💪
