Just got done watching and implemented it in one of my calls today, baseline motivation was the seller was getting old, but the REAL motivation was the seller had surgery and could not do work on the house themselves anymore. There really is gold in those videos! Appreciate it!

Calling
Anyone have windows of time they have better success rate getting answers certain times of day or days of week etc ?

I usually call anytime that is between 9AM-9PM, the guideline I tend to use is to call the same seller at different times of the day, like if they don't answer at 9am, try 4pm or 6pm, etc. just have notes on when u call each seller if they aren't picking up
