Welcome to The Honor Project. Ministry has seasons. There are seasons when you’re trying to figure out where you fit. Seasons when you’re learning how to faithfully carry what God has entrusted to you. And eventually, seasons when God begins asking you to release one assignment and prepare for another. Those transitions can be exciting. They can also be confusing, lonely, and difficult to navigate. That’s why I created The Honor Project: Honor in Transition. This community is for ministry leaders navigating three important seasons: Finding Your Place — Where do I fit? Finding Your Way — How do I faithfully steward where God has placed me? Leaving With Grace — How do I honor what I’m leaving while preparing for what’s next? Throughout this community, we’ll talk honestly about calling, identity, communication, leadership, relationships, transition, and the practical realities of life in ministry. But underneath all of it is one conviction: Honor is the recognition of value. When we recognize the value God has placed in people, in ourselves, and in the assignments He entrusts to us, it changes the way we live, speak, lead—and eventually, the way we leave. This community needs your voice. The Honor Project isn't intended to be a place where I simply post content and everyone else consumes it. I want us to build something together. Ask questions. Share what you're learning. Tell us what worked—and what didn't. Encourage someone who's walking through a season you've already experienced. Challenge an idea. Share a resource. Tell your story. If you've been in ministry for 30 years, someone here needs what you've learned. If you're just beginning, your questions matter too. They may be the same questions ten other people are afraid to ask. We honor one another when we recognize that everyone brings value to the conversation. So don't just join the community.
