Happy Friday My friends
As January comes to a close I want to give you guys some praise for making it through the first month of the new year. I know it sounds funny but most people don’t have resolutions and the ones that do…. Very few even stick to them. Here are a few fun stats to look at ⬇️ 1. Approximately 30% of Americans make New Years resolutions each year. 2. 79% of resolutions involve improving health, such as increasing fitness levels or adopting a healthier diet. 3. 23% of people abandon their resolutions by the end of the first week of January. 4. 43% of individuals expect to give up their resolutions by February. 5. 88% of people who set New Years resolutions fail within the first two weeks. 6. Only 9% of Americans successfully keep their resolutions throughout the year. 7. 35% of participants who failed their resolutions cited setting unrealistic goals as the primary reason. 8. 33% of individuals who failed did not keep track of their progress. 9. 23% of people forgot about their resolutions altogether. 10. About 10% of individuals who failed said they made too many resolutions, leading to overwhelm. So, great work to y'all for sticking to your goals this January. That’s HUGE! That being said, my goals as always are to ensure your success. So I wanted to ask you guys for comments and feedback on the kind of new trainings I can make in the classroom for SKOOL! Sooooo, what are some of the struggles you guys have encountered and how can I make them easier to overcome!!??? Please vote below or comment your ideas on this post 🔥🔥 Love you guys! Have a great Friday! (PS don’t forget check ins tomorrow)

Happy Friday Brotha and boys! I have almost kicked this damn cold to the curb, my wife’s surgery went well yesterday 🙌. Other than being sick most of the week we are rocking and rolling. I know one area I lacked in this week was eating enough calories. On top of being sick and working busy season hours the options we ordered for lunch/ dinner at the office had small portions. I def opted for the healthier options as I was pushing for some serious weight loss but I should have prepared better and brought some additional snacks to make sure I am closer to the macros you have built out for me. Hope everyone has a great weekend🤟
HAPPY WEDNESDAY BOYS
Hope you are all having an epic day. I want to welcome Marco to the SKOOL group today - also, I am going to move our first coffee hour meeting to next week. I think Thursday or Friday mornings will be better for those meetings 💥

Locked in
Hi guys I’m Kyle, I work in Public Accounting in Orange County, what a nerd I know! Prior to this I was an active duty Marine in San Diego. I was a gym rat while in San Diego but once I got out, went to school, began my corporate job I fell off the gym/healthy lifestyle wagon. I have been consistently weight training for almost 3 months now and finally found a groove. These next few months are going to be tough with Busy Season hours (year end audits) at work, studying for grad school exams etc. But, I am prioritizing my health and this group with Jimmy’s training plan has been instrumental so far. I look forward to seeing everyone kill it in the gym and in life. Let’s get after it!
