Hey I'm new here. But for me, most habits I do, need to meet one of my needs for before I consider adding them to my busy schedule. I don't get to socialise too often in life right now, so I go out and do Bouldering/Rock-climbing Sessions once a week to meet up and hang out with fun people. So it might be a good approach to think if there's anything you're missing in life and whether you can do a hobby that helps with it. for wellbeing, I think playing an instrument, going for walks in nature, hiking, fishing, camping, reading can be good for relaxing and feeling good in general.
