Sorry if this isn't the right place to talk about this feel free to delete or not approve? Not sure how the posting process works on this platform. I've been wondering for a while now, if it makes more sense to sell my rentals properties. I bought them 10-20 years ago depending one which one we're talking about in BC. They appreciated nicely through the years but they don't really cash flow anymore. I keep running numbers-even very conservative in what I could sell them for and putting all the proceeds into hdiv and hyld(hdif and bmax too maybe) the low yeilders based on indexes that are more or less safe and keeps coming up better, by a lot, than keeping them Until I found the passive income investing I never even contemplated selling I didn't have anywhere to put the money. I've always been more about the cash flow than the appreciation down the road... but now I can see a real way I could retire, like as soon as I sell them and settle the money into accounts. My biggest dilemma is that I know my renters, they're good people and good tenants and I know what the market is like in my town and I don't wantto uproot them. I'm not really sure what I'm looking for here but I'd be happy to hear your opinions.
