@Evan Hamilton and myself just closed out this 31k net profit double close deal. Evan took care of signing the closing docs for us while im on the beach in Florida. This was a vacant property and was dated but not distressed. We got the lead in from a SEO funnel that we have that focuses on keywords tied to actual problems. In this case the owner was elderly and was already in assisted living. The son who was the POA wanted to sale the property quickly to help fund his father's care and avoid future complications for when his father passes. We locked it up and moved it to a VIP buyer for a 31k fee. Contract to close was 14 days. Our cost per deal on this deal was sub $100. Julys net profit sits at 97k after this one. Wholesaling and REI in general can be very simple guys. Find someone with a problem, solve said problem, run a legit and credible operation, and get paid. Remember guys and gals, this business is all about taking consistent action, the work you do today directly dictates the results of tomorrow.
