𝐈𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 - Its not lack of information - Lack of direction - Lack of effort - Lack of examples - Lack of a good plan And I believe its not getting better but it's getting worse every single year. And it will get worse in 2026. You see, we got told being a business owner is lonely battle not for the faint of heart. That you win alone and you succeed alone. So we build alone, we validate alone, we plan alone, we create alone, we fail alone. We wonder why the market doesn't want it So we pay thousands of dollars for mentorship they say, "great idea", but don't do that do this instead. 𝗦𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗱. We throw away what we want because we were dumb and they were right and successful so who cares. Months later we don't like what we are doing because it's not what we wanted to build in the first place. So we ask for help for validation for permission to do our thing. We asl support. There not anywhere to be found though because they weren't there to support us in the first place So we go searching for support once again, or we burnout, we quit, we throw in the towel. We call the coaching space a scam and decide it's not for us. People don’t quit coaching because it’s hard 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲’𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 - Not because of lack of information - Not because of lack of direction - Not because of lack of effort - Not because of lack of examples. - Not because of lack of a plan It's because one thing we feel alone and no one supports us. I know this because I built alone for years and it nearly made me quit too. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝘀? - friends with other coaches in the same space we are - a community of creators learning and sharing there learnings. - a person who says this looks great when you put time and effort into something - someone to say stick to your goals or is there anything i can do to help - a place to keep us accountable Thats why Influence Academy was built. And I know I could charge for this or lock it behind tiers and you would probably eat this up but I want to do something insane.
