The new 3D printed mufflers were debuted for the first time on the RWR / Rick Ware Racing team at the AFT Short Track in Ventura! Things went better than imagine as Chase Saathoff had pace all night - and rode to a 2nd place finish. I’m excited to build and improve upon this new platform , moving forward in 2025!

My Haas Mini Mill is up and running. Over the next few weeks, I'll be making some duplicates of one-off Harley Davidson FXR parts I've made over the years as well as some new designs I've been sitting on for a while. Please let me know if anybody needs any parts to be machined. I'd like to help out this community, so my shop rates will be very reasonable. I can provide design assistance as well.

Good afternoon pro members! A lot of testing and design work has went into the new kullyco mufflers- but I’m very pleased with the result. The printed muffler parts are available in 304L stainless or 6Al4V titanium. Offering two different weight / price points. We are making massive headway on the roadster chassis. It’s constructed of 0.120” and 0.090” 4130 chromoly tubing. It was all manufactured with a combination of roll and mandrel bending. Certainly a challenging and fun project. Please ask questions :
