Sending love and gratitude
Hey guys 🥰 I hope you are doing well and are busy creating your dreams! I’ve been head down in building mode and realising that I need to follow my own advice and create more balance. I see so many women feeling like they have to “have to” x and I’ve been one of them recently. Even my 13 year old daughter has been trying to bring it to my attention. I love work and so sometimes it doesn’t feel like I’m not putting in the self care. What I’ve been doing that’s off balance: - 15 hour day today - Not saying no enough - Not having breakfast and then lunch due to work pressure - Not ending things that should have ended But what I’ve been doing well: - started going for a swim, sauna and steam multiple times a week - Started to love myself on a deeper level (cracked through a ceiling when I started working on shame) - Started connection with friends - Have tested nurosym (stimulates the vagus nerve) and it’s amazing already! What am I going to do next - create more balance with nature - Start saying no a lot more - Make time to eat earlier! Can you relate to this? What have you been up to? Xxx
