Hi! I currently require a retainer fee when the contract is signed and then ask for the remaining balance of my doula fee to be paid by 38 weeks. This is still a little awkward for me. I have a client who forgot to pay the remaining balance, and I’m not sure how to word a message to remind her. Curious to hear how other doulas handle payments!
