I’ve been in full low-power mode the last few days. Rewatching Ally McBeal (yes, I know, I’m showing my age), colouring in the evenings, lots of tea, half-watching Christmas movies while my brain wanders off on its own little tangents. Nothing productive. Nothing strategic. Just letting things settle. And honestly, this in-between space always brings up the same quiet thoughts. Not big dramatic “new year, new me” stuff. Just simple, honest questions like: – What do I actually want to carry into next year? – What am I a bit tired of overthinking? – Where am I ready to trust myself more instead of second-guessing every move? I really believe 2026 isn’t about pushing harder or proving anything. It feels like a year for being more intentional. Less reacting. More calm confidence. Leading without the noise, the rush, or the constant self-doubt. If you’re feeling a bit floaty, unmotivated, reflective, or like you’re half-working, half-not… you’re very much not alone.
