THIS MONTH'S COLOUR Deep Indigo Blue Feeling: depth, movement, the courage to flow without forcing Go Find Some Water and Just Watch It Water never forces. It finds its way. It moves around what it cannot move through, and it keeps going with a kind of quiet persistence that has something to teach all of us. A river does not arrive at the sea by pushing harder. It simply keeps following the pull. This month, we are going to spend time with water. A lake, a river, a creek, the ocean, even rain on a window, whatever you have access to. And we are just going to watch. Watch how it moves. How it catches light. How it goes around obstacles without fighting them. How it is always, always moving somewhere. There is something clarifying about watching water move. Something that settles the places in you that have been gripping too hard. Where might you be holding too tightly right now and what would it feel like to move around the obstacle instead of against it? Colour prompt: July's colour is Deep Indigo Blue, the colour of deep water and evening sky and the lakeshore at dusk. It is the colour of depth and quiet and the kind of courage that does not shout. Go looking for every shade of blue-going-to-purple in the world around you.

Your devotional and Journal are now available inside the classroom area. I will be following along with you and sharing some of my entries here with you all as we go along. Use the journal or devotional alone, or you can use them together. It is intended as a guide. I know I'll be sketching some of my pages vs writing them. So grab your paint or your pen, and let's begin. If you notice any errors or have suggestions, please do share them with me as we create this space together. I'm so excited to finally share this with you. The VERY FIRST Soul Space Reflections will be available for you to download this Thursday inside the classroom. Thank you for your patience with me these past few weeks. I've been recovering, my voice is coming back, my body is on the mend, and I'm so glad to be here with you. This summer, as the light gets long and golden, I'll be building out this space slowly and intentionally. New content will be appearing in the classroom soon, and our very first Soul Space Painting Experience is on its way to the calendar. I want to be honest with you about what this space is and isn't. It isn't going to bombard you with posts. It isn't going to hand you an overwhelming pile of content to keep up with. This is meant to be a calm, refreshing place somewhere you want to come back to each week, not another thing on your list. So for now: welcome. I'm so glad you're here.
