Hi lovelies! Our next challenge is in the works starts on Monday, June 22nd. This one will be a Restorative Sleep Kickstart to go with the Restorative Sleep course. OVERVIEW Starting Monday June 22nd - Sunday June 28th, we'll be focusing on two aspects of restorative sleep: - Herbs - Movement WHAT YOU WILL NEED For herbs, CHOOSE ONE of these nervines (nervous system herbs): - Milky oats (considered a restorative for a depleted nervous system, take as tincture) - Chamomile (relaxing, mildly sedating, drink as tea) - Lemon balm (relaxing, mildly sedating, take as tea) For movement, CHOOSE ONE of these mindful movements: - yoga - walking - qi gong I will be adding a page to the Restorative Sleep Course for this 7-day kickstart. That page will include links to YouTube videos for yoga and qi gong. I will also provide my own video demo of a short qigong set that I like to use daily. For now start thinking about which herb and which movement you'd like to explore. To familiarize yourself with the herbs, watch lesson 2 from the sleep course and see which one resonates with you. š Please share which herb and movement you're leaning towards!
