Video AI (VIP Feature 💎)
Video AI — Chapters, a Summary and a Transcript for Every Classroom Video A classroom video is a black box. Nobody can tell from the outside what is in it, where the part they need starts, or whether it is worth the forty minutes — and writing chapters by hand means watching the whole thing with a notepad. Video AI does that pass for you: it listens to the video and writes back chapters with timestamps, a summary and a full transcript. You start it from the lesson itself. Open any classroom lesson with a video and a small film icon sits in the row of lesson buttons, next to the bookmark. It opens the Video AI panel, where you pick the output language and tick what you want built — summary, chapters, transcript, an MP3 of the audio, or any combination. The output language is free of the spoken one: a call held in German can come back in English, and the picker carries 28 languages. A progress view walks the generation through listening, transcribing and analysing, with an estimate of how long is left, and you can cancel at any point. What comes back is usable straight away. Chapters are buttons — click one and the video jumps to that second, no scrubbing. The summary reads as a short paragraph, the transcript sits underneath in full and scrolls on its own. Admins and owners get one more button: "Save to page" writes the summary and the chapters into the lesson description as real Skool content, with the chapter timestamps as clickable jump marks and the MP3 attached as a file — so every member sees it on the page itself, whether or not they use the Extension. Generated details are kept with the lesson and shared with your community: once anyone has run a video, every member who opens that lesson sees the panel with the chapters, summary and transcript in it. The generation itself is VIP; reading what already exists is free for everyone. Admins can also link a lesson to the live call it came from, which brings that call's attendance and chat into the same panel.

Love this so much!!!
Another request that I think we could all use if it's possible
So sometimes (not often) I read a post taht someone has made in my community, and 𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘁. They may have dropped a competing afilliate link for example, but their content is great. Perhaps I would like to remove the link rather than got through the pain of messaging them and asking them to remove it, or delete the entire post. If there was just a little adittional text on those three dot menu that said Edit Post, that would make me very happy. 😁 Is it just me, or would this be helpful to you too?

I think the owner should be able to edit a post in their own community. Sometimes it’s just a typo they made you can fix - or like Adam said- removing something not allowed
Newbie Question here.
I just tried using the @ function and it wouldn't allow me to insert my members or even insert them individually anymore. Is that a higher tier then VIP? Maybe I'm doing it wrong, so I would love some direction on how to do it correctly. Also has anyone had an issue with using the underlining option in the skool extension program? When I try it just gives me a bunch of diamonds.

try to use the @ here... and see if it is working... ̲t̲h̲i̲s̲ ̲i̲s̲ ̲u̲n̲d̲e̲r̲l̲i̲n̲i̲n̲g̲- you have to highlight it and then push it. Sometimes the @ doesn't work if there is not a space before it... as in you try to do it with a letter typed before it so make sure nothing is typed and then do the @Terri Hargrave-Bradley
Please can you add a feature requsts & Bug Reports category?
Or somewhere obvious and organised for me to throw my ideas at you!? 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀 Anyway, I've been playing with the Workflows, and here are some suggestions to make it even more awesome: 𝗪𝗮𝗶𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱 When building a worklow DM sequence, it would be amazing if it could have a WAIT command, then you choose the amount of (minutes, hours, days, weeks, months) bvefore it moves onto the next action. So then we couls set up a full automated DM sequence with follow ups. I do think though, that these follow ups should also be cancelled when the recipient replies. Otherwise it could get very annoying having auto DMS disrupt the normal conversation. 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 - 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗨𝗽 Also, On trigger Level up, it would be great to be able to check level variable - ie, if level 2 then this DM, if level 5 then a different DM. 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 - 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 Finally, When creating an EVENT trigger, I would like to have variables that I can use such as {link to event} (Including af link) and {event description} etc, so we could make a reminder post that the event is starting soon, for example. I think there is a lot of power in this worklflow feature oince we have all the variables available for different scenarios. Hope this makes sense - please ask me if any of it is unclear so I can explain better what I am trying to do / what problem I am solving.

𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗯𝗼𝘅 — 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆 Click an image in a post and Skool shows you that one image, alone. A post with six photos means closing the preview and clicking the next tile, six times over. This feature grows Skool's own preview a thumbnail strip along the bottom: every image and video of the post side by side, videos marked with a play badge, the one you are looking at highlighted. A click jumps straight to it. Images zoom now. The wheel zooms towards the pointer, so the detail you are aiming at stays under the cursor instead of drifting off screen; a double-click goes to 2.5x and back; and while you are zoomed in, dragging moves the crop around. A small control pill sits above the image with a minus, the current level and a plus — and the level itself is a button that takes you back to 100%. Dragging an unzoomed image sideways flips to the next or previous medium, the same way you would swipe through photos on a phone. Pull far enough and it changes; let go too early and the image springs back, so a stray drag never costs you your place. The same strip and the same zoom work in the extension's own gallery — the one that opens from a chat image or a group chat. Both lightboxes behave alike, so there is nothing to relearn depending on where you clicked. Advanced Lightbox is free for everyone.
