From Struggling to $5K/Day — All Without Ads
My store used to survive on paid ads. It was exhausting—and expensive. Then I got serious about SEO. I focused on the right keywords, cleaned up my website, and let Google do its thing. Now I wake up to $5,000 days, without spending a cent on ads. It didn’t happen overnight—but it happened. I thought sharing it with people here would be a great idea. Sometimes, the quiet strategies bring the loudest results.

would love to hear your strategies @Charlie Harvey this is the exact thing we are focusing on right now!
Newsletter question
happy Friday, friends! 🙌 we’re thinking about launching a weekly newsletter at X Scale packed with real case studies, quick tactics, behind-the-scenes strategies, and insights from me & my team that don’t always get the chance to post here. but here’s the thing… i know how crowded inboxes get. personally, i’ll subscribe to a newsletter, miss a few weeks during a busy season, and eventually unsubscribe because the value just doesn’t outweigh the inbox clutter. so i’d love your input: from a B2B perspective (different from our usual DTC world), what would make a newsletter worth your time? - would you prefer short, punchy emails with just one key tactic? - or maybe a quick SMS with 2 lines of text and a link to a blog post or video? drop your thoughts in the comments — your feedback might shape how we build this! 👇

id read the newsletter if short and punchy. like give me the tldr at the top and then the breakdowns of more information further down in the email. but SMS sounds intriguing. i haven't heard of that. only downfall id see, for me, is if I get the text, open on my phone, then I am removed from my workflow on my computer. For example, if i want to save the information to a folder, web browser, or a monday board, id rather do that on my computer where my other work stuff is.

I absolutely think this is a great idea! As a small brand, one of our biggest struggles right now is being inundated with suggestions and options for what we should be focusing on. For example, we’re currently gearing up to create multiple funnels and landing pages—but I’d love to know if that’s actually going to be time well spent. We also have a very limited product line, so creating that one enticing offer feels a bit out of reach. I keep seeing examples (including the great ones you’ve shared) of stacking products to create irresistible offers—but in our case, each product is hyper-specific to a need. If we try to bundle them, it ends up feeling salesy and less aligned with what our audience actually wants. I’d love any insight into how to approach this when your catalog is small but targeted.

clarifying our data/how we read our data; in this video, Devyn - Here's EXACTLY How We Scaled Over $50M/yr (Full Guide) - YouTube you mentioned custom platform you used, and that some of have used Glew for streamlining their data. did i understand that correctly? We’re trying to figure out where to put our energy when it comes to cleaning and centralizing data — whether that’s investing in a custom setup, sticking with Glew(which i know we underutilize), or exploring something else. Would love to hear what’s worked best for others here

@Devyn Merklin super insightful, thank you! this makes complete sense. and to view the self-liquidation pedal, roas pedal elements in the classroom tab, do i need to join that class?
