Bio: Joined Evolve Bedford in September 2018. I float around Bedford and SH and every once in a while I pop over to the Dark side to hit up a spin class.

Bio: I am 54 years old and have struggled with fat loss my entire life.

Bio: I am 72 years of age and will be 73 in November. I joined forever fit at Evolve in August 2022. First year was great. Past year has been off.

Bio: I am a longtime Evolve member with a tumultuous history with my weight; peak athletic form to > 100lb overweight. Ready to get back to a healthy Jenn!
