I just wanted to share that my twin and I came into union in a ceremony with Elvis at the Graceland Chapel in Vegas on January 29th 2026! We are so excited about the life we are building and want to share our love and connection with all!

Connection Has No Rules Only Signals this is the space where Sherry and I Dwell... Most of us were taught that connection is something you do right. Say the right thing. Feel the right amount. Be vulnerable but not too much. Need support but don’t need it like that. Those aren’t rules of connection. They’re rules of survival. True healing happens in a very different space a nervous system to nervous system space where connection isn’t negotiated, measured, or earned. It’s felt. Your nervous system doesn’t speak in logic. It speaks in signals. • I need to be held. • I need to soften without being fixed. • I need to be vulnerable without owing anything back. • I need presence, not performance. When those signals are met even quietly something profound happens: your system begins to reorganize itself around safety instead of protection. This is why connection doesn’t have rules. Rules belong to the mind. Connection belongs to the body. In a truth space of healing, nothing is transactional. You don’t share to get approval. You don’t open to be validated. You don’t regulate so someone stays. You are met because you exist. And when connection is no longer something you have to manage, deep love grows naturally not just toward others, but toward yourself. Love stops being a strategy and becomes a state. This is the work. Not learning how to relate “better.” But remembering how to stay when your system says, this matters. No rules. Only signals. Only truth. Only connection.
