I was out of town last week, and out of my routine, so I’m looking forward to my workout time and post workout sauna - that’s when I try to meditate.

When I wake up in the morning, the very first thing I try to do is give thanks for the day. “Dear God, I am grateful for this day” I say in my head quick.
