I know what it’s like to lead while carrying the weight of expectations, scrutiny, and decisions that no one else sees. I know what it feels like to be labeled, doubted, underestimated—and still be expected to show up strong every day. My leadership journey has been about breaking barriers—not just external ones, but internal ones too. Questioning identity. Challenging beliefs. Redefining what leadership can look like when it’s rooted in purpose, equity, and courage. This community exists for leaders who are navigating that same work.
