Thank you so much for sharing this meditation. I feel much lighter and the pressure that I was feeling in my head is actually gone. It was beautiful.

I guess for me it would be Gabriel. My ex husband’s grandmother and I were very close. When she passed we were given her rocking chair. Not long after she passed I became pregnant with my son. When I was expecting I had a very vivid dream of the grandmother. She was sitting in her rocking chair with a baby boy in her arms and she said “Kristi, you have to call him Gabriel because he is a little angel “ it was such a very real experience and yes, my son’s middle name is Gabriel.

My son’s cat Bean and my two boys that I lost in September…three weeks apart…Skipper and Mavric. They were my little shadows and I miss them so much.
