Governance Strategy for My Gate
Purpose: This discussion helps translate discernment into intentional governance and action. Instructions Create a discussion post (250–350 words) outlining your 60-day governance strategy. Include the following elements: 1. Gate Summary: Restate the gate you are addressing. 2. Desired Outcome: What change or improvement would you like to see within the next 60 days? 3. Strategic Actions: Identify 3–5 actions that could strengthen governance within this gate. Examples: • initiating prayer coverage • strengthening leadership structure • addressing a specific issue • implementing accountability measures 4. Indicators of Progress: How will you know if progress is being made?

@Sheron Turner a recurring theme in your vision for the next 60 days is a reinstatement of the "blueprint" (existing policies and job descriptions) and a return to training, which is so powerful! When things are not functioning from a place of order as God intends, we must assess the why. As I reflect on this assignment at large, I think many of the challenges/breaches we are seeing at our respective gates are fundamental issues with training and development. So God is using us to properly equip. Through this equipping process, you are creating a workplace that establishes order and excellence as a standard both for you and your employees. Building a kingdom focused culture in your workplace is so important because we spend such a huge part of our time at work. You sound like such an intentional manager and I applaud you for having difficult conversations and enforcing order, which some people struggle to do. May God strengthen your efforts and give you the grace to build!

@Sabrina Roosevelt I loved reading this because family is a gate I also identified in Week 1. Our families are beautifully complex and require so much patience and wisdom to usher them into healing. I can feel your heart and burden to see transformation, joy, and restoration in your family as I read your post. Reflecting on this assignment at large, I think many of the challenges/breaches we are seeing at our respective gates are fundamental issues with training and development, especially in the ways of God. 2 Chronicles 15:3 says "Now for a long season Israel hath been without the true God, and without a teaching priest and without law" which emphasizes how important teaching is to establish a generation, nation, and community. How might strategies include activities like family Bible studies, events, or discussions that balance both teaching/training and consistent convening to begin to build the community and spiritual maturation you are praying for?
Identifying Breaches at the Gate (Week 2 Discussion Post)
Purpose: This discussion focuses on identifying broken gates and areas that require order to be restored. Instructions Write a discussion post (200–300 words) addressing the following: 1. Gate Reminder: Briefly restate the gate you identified in Week 1. 2. Breach Identification: What specific breach or disorder do you see within this gate? Examples may include:• lack of leadership• compromise• confusion in structure• moral or spiritual decline• absence of accountability 3. Root Cause: What do you believe created this breach? 4. Initial Restoration Insight: What steps might begin restoring order to this gate?

@Christopher Robinson Your reflection is one many of us can relate to! Operating in governance to restore Godly order in your family is no small feat and requires a healthy balance of being loving to draw them and being unwavering in your convictions to anchor/stabilize them as you mentioned. Thinking about the government sphere, Apostle Ralph mentions frequently that as believers we are called to occupy territories outside the walls of the church, which requires an understanding of the unique language, customs, and norms of that territory to draw people. Paul mentions as well that he became all things to all people to save some (1 Corinthians 9:22). How might you demonstrate similar agility and flexibility in approach without sacrificing God's standards amidst the corruption? As you transition into a leadership role, how might your language and communication need to shift?

@Glennetta Nichols Not being led by emotions is such a great point and a very real challenge! Relationships, especially familial ones, challenge us the most. You mentioned leading by example and teaching your children to speak up would help restore the family breach, what are your thoughts for restoration at the women and financial gates?
What Gates Has God Authorized Me to Influence
Purpose: This discussion helps you identify the sphere of influence (gate) where you carry spiritual responsibility, authority, or burden. Instructions Create a discussion post (approximately 200–300 words) responding to the following prompts 1. Gate Identification: What gate(s) do you believe God has positioned you to influence? Examples may include: • family • church • business • education • community • government • marketplace 2. Evidence of Authorization: What experiences, opportunities, or burdens indicate that God has positioned you there? 3. Current Level of Influence: Describe your present level of influence in this gate. 4. Spiritual Burden: What issue or concern within this gate weighs on your heart?

@Sidney Jones Apostle Ralph often teaches the 5 phases of prophetic journey as: discovery, development, discipline, deployment, duplication. I really enjoyed reading this because you seem to be in the discovery and development stages which are extremely exciting. Keep pressing because past experiences and new opportunities will help illuminate and sharpen the dimensions of your mantle. And as you grow in your level of understanding, the Lord will bring you the people, training, and resources you need to operate in those areas with authority. You are in such a profound and wisdom-filled space. Be encouraged! Your answers will come. Our Father is faithful. Would encourage you to reflect on the following according to 1 Timothy 4:15: In the areas you have identified above, how are you currently meditating on these things and giving yourself fully to them? What challenges do you have with giving yourself to them fully?

@Diana Smalls-Young Congrats on your induction into the National Society of Leadership and Success, that's amazing! Since your induction and being further developed in leadership, has that changed your approach navigating/operating in your other gates of influence? If so, do others notice the change as well and respond positively? Thinking about the dream you shared with the group back in December, deployment for public assignments often comes after periods of training and formation. It seems like the leadership skills you are learning or have learned are the central key to being able to operate with authority and influence across all the gates you mentioned.
