We got 2 move-ins from Facebook Marketplace. No ad spend. No fancy funnel. Just: → Posting available units → Clear pricing → Responding quickly to inquiries It sounds simple… but it worked. As I mentioned I am doing SF deals only, a $450K facility with 10% down is 50K that is my thinking with terms on the backend. Thx for the platform.

Why I Built This
I didn’t get into self-storage with a roadmap. I had to figure out: • how to find deals • how to analyze them • how to actually operate them And most of what’s online is either outdated, surface level, or "made it" to the other side.
