I just hit 3k subs last week as well as celebrated my 3 year YT anniversary. My channel has been slow in gaining subs and views, but this milestone has me motivated to do even better!

Into the YouTube Partner Program. After pushing past the fear and obsessing over YouTube for the last 6 months, we finally hit our Watch Time Hours, applied for the program, and got approved. And I've got to call out and thank @Alexa Saarenoja for being the primary inspiration and support behind my motivation to make this happen. This community is awesome and we owe so much to her for building something so special and giving people like me a place and a voice to feel welcome and encouraged, while also giving me the ability to make some wonderful and supportive friends like @Steve Wilmer, @Dave Nawrocki, @Mike Bayer, and @Troy Cherasaro. If anyone is interested in my experience starting, posting consistently for 6 months, and getting monetized, just DM me. I'm happy to be of service in any way I can. And thanks Alexa again for all your help and guidance :D For those maybe a little discouraged, just keep the faith and keep posting. Ya'll got this, and lean on this network for any support you need.

Karen has been working hard and it's starting to show. Attached is her 90 day and her 30 day analytics overview...so you can see how it takes consistency until you find your sweet spot, then it starts to rise! We tested many things on Karen's channel, from fashion, make-up, productivity, confidence, fitness and wellness, until we landed on her specialty - fashion! She loves fashion and it shows! She gives amazing tips in her videos and personally I am learning so much from watching them. Bonus of being a coach..haha Anyway, just wanted to share another blossoming creator in our lovely community! Be inspired in 2025!

Sandra has been working hard in the fitness niche. As many of you saw, she just surpassed 1k subscribers and is a third of the way towards her 4k hours. Now is the perfect time for her niche to crossover because fitness and New Year's resolutions go hand in hand. Let's go, go, grow! All in green...let's do this! 2025, bring it! We are all ready!

Super excited to announce to this group that I achieved the 1000 subscriber milestone! Coaching from Alexa has been a game changer, and the support of this group is always inspiring and encouraging. I have learned there is no trick to growing, but posting consistently (I have been posting 2 videos per week for about 4 months after only posting sporadically before that), and learning how to improve week by week, is a method that works.
