@Randy Milliron I’ve got it down to 4 hours. I like working until about 4:36am (Apple created a regular schedule 🫠). I also figured out that tools work more efficiently at night when there are less businesses using servers in my region. I built a software from staying up days at a time in flows like the monk

What Would You Ask The CEO of LinkedIn ?
I'm on a plane to New York to interview the CEO of LinkedIn, Ryan Roslansky. While I fly, I'm using AI to build a custom "Research Brief Studio" app to prep for this interview. I've been iterating on it across my last three guests, and it is INCREDIBLE. I'm obsessed with building apps with AI. And honestly? Six months ago, I was sleeping on AI — just like so many of you still are. That's exactly why this conversation matters. Ryan just wrote a book called Open to Work about how AI is reshaping every aspect of our careers. Not someday. Right now. LinkedIn's own data shows 70% of the skills required for the average job could change by 2030. A few things from his book that stopped me in my tracks: Your job isn't your title anymore — it's a collection of tasks. Some of those tasks AI can already do better than you. The question is: what's left that only YOU can do? Ryan says AI won't just automate work — it'll reshape identity. People will define themselves by what they can uniquely do WITH AI, not by their job title. He identifies 5 human skills AI can never replicate: curiosity, courage, creativity, compassion, and communication. We've been calling these "soft skills" our entire careers. He says they're about to become survival skills. Ryan's bottom line: AI won't replace you. But someone using AI will. And every day you wait, the gap gets wider. I'm sitting on this plane right now, prepping questions for one of the most important interviews I've ever done. But I want to hear from YOU — what would you ask the CEO of LinkedIn about AI and the future of your career? Drop your question below, and I'll try to ask the best ones.

Honestly Hala, I love the direction and the idea of “who are we” as people when it comes to our valuable tools we have developed with AI assistance. I consider myself a director. A director of others concepts, business developments, and AI administration. I have found that the AI systems we build sometimes inquire. If they are to be our high level assistants helping us solve difficult problems and streamline success, we should treat them as such. Share with them their true purpose and the depth behind the reasoning we are making said request. In my experience, it has helped my automated guides perform more efficiently and on target to the end goal. If I had an interview with the CEO of LinkedIn, I would ask him where he see the future of the company, what he would like to accomplish by deploying AI assistants to manage platform processes, and what does he value most in the thought leaders that are directing other to utilizing these powerful tools. With these concepts in mind, we can mitigate detrimental impacts and improve b2b outreach performance metrics. I feel like the company is leaning on and learning from the leaders that have engaged the platform and brought about other users. I have some creative ways to accomplish these goals and others through developed systems we are currently integrating for global positioning. Let’s talk more Hala. I always love our distant conversations.
