planche problem
Hey, I've been training Planche for a month now. Below, there is a video of my tuck planche hold [trying to do advanced tuck]. I'm aware of losing my protraction. I know that during planche hold we should point our biceps/elbow pits forward [shoulder external rotation], but my left arm is much worse in doing that the more I lean forward. So the more I lean my left arm wants to go back to internal rotation and thats creates some kind of weird unbalance. Can you recommend any exercises to fix it?

@Chan Woo Park the thing is it doesnt hurt you know. I just cant keep my left bicep facing forward [left shoulder external rotation] while the right arm is fine.

ive seen some reply that my internal rotator muscles might be tight or sth.
front lever training
Hey, Ive been trainig for front lever for around month now and I can hold super adv tuck front lever 15s and one leg adv hold for 12s. This is my routine below. What do you think of it? A. FL hold in regression -> one leg adv fl hold for 4-6 sets [i try to accumulate 32-40s] B. FL dynamic exercise -> adv tuck fl raises 4 sets rir 1 C. FL pull ups adv tuck with light band 3-4 sets rir 1 I perform A and B 3x a week + C once a week
