Dear Zenith Forex Family, We are currently in a critical period where scammers and fraudulent accounts are at a high-risk season and are impersonating Zenith Forex and its team members. Unfortunately, many people are falling victim to these scams because they trust accounts that look official. We need every coach, member, and client to remain alert, vigilant, and extremely careful when communicating online. PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AND SHARE IT WITH YOUR CLIENTS. 🔒 1. ONLY TRUST OUR OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION CHANNELS Please verify that you are communicating with Zenith Forex through our official channels only. 📱 Official WhatsApp Contact: +27 66 352 8274 ☎️ Official Landline: 012 884 0828 🌐 Official Website: www.zenithforex.co.za 📲 Official TikTok Accounts: - Zenith Forex (@zenith.forex) - Mr S CEO's page (@sonjinga_dludlu) 🏧Official Bank Details: FNB: Zenith Forex (PTY) LTD Acc No: 63194196044 These are the official communication channels and platforms to use when verifying information about Zenith Forex. Be cautious of accounts with similar names, copied logos, fake profiles, or slightly altered usernames. 🚫 2. ZENITH FOREX WILL NEVER DM YOU FIRST! This is one of the most important things you need to remember. The Zenith Forex HQ team will NEVER inbox or DM you first through unofficial or personal social media messages. Our coaches will also not randomly inbox or DM you first to solicit money, request sensitive information, or offer suspicious deals. If someone contacts you pretending to be a Zenith Forex representative, coach, or team member and you were not expecting their message, DO NOT TRUST THEM AUTOMATICALLY. Do not: - ❌ Send money to unverified individuals or personal accounts. - ❌ Share your passwords, OTPs, banking details, or account credentials. - ❌ Click suspicious links or download files sent by unknown accounts. - ❌ Follow instructions from accounts claiming to offer special deals, urgent payments, or exclusive opportunities without verification. - ❌ Assume an account is legitimate just because it uses our logo, company name, or pictures of our team.

Hello family I'm new here on trading platform.

NEW COMPANY STRUCTURE & OFFICIAL OPERATING HOURS Dear Zenith Forex Family, As Zenith Forex continues to grow and transition into a new company structure, we are implementing updated official operating hours and a new support procedure to ensure better organization, efficiency, and service delivery across the entire community. We kindly ask all members, coaches, and clients to take note of the following IMPORTANT changes. 🕒 1. NEW OFFICIAL OPERATING HOURS Effective immediately, all enquiries and requests for assistance must be submitted during the following official hours: 📅 Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 17:00 📅 Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 13:00 🇿🇦 Public Holidays: 08:00 – 13:00 Please ensure that you contact the Zenith Forex team and inbox for assistance only during these designated hours. IMPORTANT: Any messages or enquiries sent outside the official operating hours will be attended to during the next applicable working hours. Please be patient and allow the team time to respond when operations resume. We appreciate your understanding as we establish a more structured and professional support system. 👥 2. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL COACHES: All coaches are required to communicate these new operating hours to their respective clients and ensure that everyone understands the updated support procedures. Please take responsibility for informing your clients about these changes so that expectations are clear and everyone knows when to contact the team for assistance. 💻 3. INSTALLATIONS: NEW RESPONSIBILITY FOR COACHES As part of Zenith Forex’s new structure, the HQ team will no longer be responsible for carrying out bot installations for coaches’ clients. Going forward, coaches will be responsible for assisting their own clients with the installation process. We understand that some coaches may need guidance with this process. To make the transition easier, a step-by-step video tutorial will be uploaded soon showing coaches how to use AnyDesk to connect remotely to their clients’ computers and assist them with installations.
