My progress in cali is very satisfactory. But i want to gain more mass I would be so grateful if i got some advice related to diets following weight gains. .And if it would be better if i started going to the gym to combine weightlifting and calisthenics.
Press to handstand or HSPU?
Should I learn the HSPU or press to handstand first?any tips?

You MUST learn press to handstand first because thats what builds up your foundation for HSPU. Do harder vairations of pike pushups like elevated pike pushups for building up strength

@Nathan Shortland first you need to have a solid handstand hold try to build up basic shoulder strength by pike pushups and work on your shoulder mobility and forearm strength. Do chest to wall and back to wall holds and do grease the groove. Like attempt handstands very much. Also train your core and ppt so you dont develop the banana back handstand, its unstable. Then you need to get at least 45 seconds+ on your normal handstand hold if you can't do that don't even think of progressing to one arms related exercises. So after you can do 45 secs+ you have to work efficiently and remember, one arm handstand is nothing like the normal one. You had to counter overbalance and underbalance BUT in one arm handstand not only you have to counter over and underbalance with you ALSO need to prevent the twisting and falling over with only one of your arm. First you need to learn the shifting to one arm. So you can just do a handstand and focus on shifting from one side to another. I dont recommend doing back to walls in this case bcs of the arching back. After learning the shift you need to do handstand with one hand fully lying with five fingers and then you can lift one the fingers of the second hand one by one as you progress and get stronger. Finally you can remove the second hand completely once you are good enough and hold handstand with only one arm
Fingertip strength
Are there any recommendations of workouts which helps in increasing fingertip strengths so i can unlock fingertip 90 degree hold/handstand/l-sit
