Been keeping my total calories lower and working on lowering them more. One things I’ve heard a couple times this week has been “the successful people had bad days too, they just didn’t let there be two in a row”. Something I’ve made sure to keep in my mind.

Ended up meal prepping on accident. Made a few ribeyes and then mixed peppers and onions. All on the grill.

Morning Ruck
Ended up back a day early from a fishing trip. So I still had a day of PTO booked up. Used it to go for a ruck this morning while listening to a couple sermons (before today I was pacing 4 miles at about 20-21 min). Great day for rucking and to get back to myself.
