so this is actually already happening. I have personally heard that dermatology clinics are implementing AI to do their charting. Basically, it is making the doctor talk through what he/she sees during their interactions with the patient. Kind of weird and still obviously requires overview from the nurses, but yeah this type of work is being eliminated.

@Carlson Koch we can get pretty close now to make it feel very human.. it just takes certain prompting and using smarter models. When I was building out this DM bot I noticed that if I used anything below chatgpt's 5.1 model, it would still be pretty AI sounding, even with a highly tailored prompt. But with the higher model and prompt, it did really well.

This is a good question and has been the topic of many YouTube videos (although it’s hard to get a true unbiased take on it since most of them are sponsored by Zapier). Honestly, if you're wanting to automate things for your tax business, I’d still say go with n8n. Zapier is easier to start, but it might eventually bite you because it lacks the flexibility N8N has to offer. If you need something quick and simple, zapier is not a bad choice. However, the most compelling (and often ignored tbh) reason for choosing N8N is the fact you can import json. This makes it so you can use Claude code to make your whole automation for you and import it into N8N which is a massive advantage over zapier. For your case, I would recommend N8N because of the flexibility and Claude integration. Another thing to keep in mind is security, especially if you are dealing with tax info. Both tools claim that they are very secure. Zapier can’t be self hosted though and lives on the cloud whereas N8N can. Again, this isn’t a deal breaker per se, but something worth considering.
