Good afternoon guys my name is Kohnen A Barry Jr. I live in Orlando Florida. There are three specific reasons why I have not been you to lose weight. The first specific reason is having a horrible primary care provider. Until recently this past January I had a horrible primary care provider who was not supportive, did not provide clarity, and unfortunately I have experienced an appointment where I was fat-shamed. The primary care provider that I am with now is a lot more positive and provides clarity and guidance in regards to my weight. The second specific reason is that I am a prideful, arrogant, stubborn, and rude guy. When Adam was trying to help me I was rude and I did not listen to him nor want to hear what he had to say. The third and final reason is that I am not disciplined. For the past 2 months, I have been striving to get back into shape and take my health more seriously. I am excited for this course. I also appreciate Adam's brutal honesty not having a filter and helping me realize the importance of taking care of my health and weight.
