Help with progression to 90 degree hold
I can do a freestanding handstand, L-sit to handstand press, and handstand push-ups, and my balance is fairly consistent. I’m working toward a 90-degree hold, but I think I’m not there yet strength-wise. I’m not totally sure what I should be focusing on training or how to structure my practice. If anyone has a workout, progression advice.

Most important for 90 degree hold is the pseudo planche push ups
Help
So I want to start training for handstand but I don't know where to start yet. My current strength are 19 rep Push Up.

Wall assisted handstand, wall toe taps Frog stand And most importantly you need to understand it takes a lot of time and attempts but if you do not give up you will achieve it and achieve a lot more.
NEW VERIOSN
Hey everyone, my name's Adam, and I've lately been extremely inspired by callisthenics and want to build a new version of myself. If anyone has any tips or advice on where to start or what to do, I'd really appreciate it if I could unlock some of the crazy stuff Hunter does.

Nice man💪💪 My first tip would be focus on basics at the beginning And my second tip would be dont focus on perfect form at first when learning a skill but do focus on cleaning it up later. Since you did not have a very specific question i do not have a very specific answer😂 You can do it! We can do it actually😂
