SLEEP RESET Age: 55 Struggle to stay asleep throughout the night. Iโ€™m out and down every night about 3 to 4 times a night. On the rare occasion when Iโ€™m only up once or twice it still doesnโ€™t seem like it quality sleep as I rise still feeling as if I havenโ€™t rested. I want to participate in the study to try to gain healthy rested sleep.
