How true @Ope Dreville it depends on what perspective your looking 👀 from thats why it’s important to reflect before acting as when we look from another perspective we could change our opinion on reflection

@Ope Dreville yes 🙌🏽 well just breath and relax take yourself out of the situation until you’ve had time to think 💭 this was also a problem of mine but as time has gone on I’ve decided to say nothing or think well before I decide how to address negative issues or problems
