I want to give a shout out to @Kisma Reidling and her lovely Skool group, Visionary Artist Path for introducing the "Smash" Book idea. My teenage granddaughter, Scarlett, spent a magical couple of hours this weekend, creating the cover for her Smashbook after I mentioned the idea. She absolutely loved the process — choosing, layering, gluing, making it her own. There’s a lot on it (she says some might fall off… glue is on standby 😄), but that didn’t matter. What mattered was the joy in creating it. I’ve started mine too — and I must admit, it’s surprisingly freeing and a lot of fun.

I took this photo whilst walking along the beach today after Storm Chandra hit the UK with it exceptionally strong winds. The sea is still restless, the sand reshaped — and the lighthouse is quietly there. This feels very Momentum to me. Not calming the waves, not fixing anything — just noticing what remains steady. I’m sharing this as part of the 100 Day Momentum Quest.
