Reconstituting
First timer here…. So previously I received compounded sema that was 2.5 mg/3.2 ml and they had me drawing 60 units. So I started with sema again 10 mg, I put in 100 ml’s of bac water. Am I only drawing up .25 units? I’m sure I have completely over thought this but I’m really freaking myself out and spiraling before I inject.

@Crissi Palmer yea so I just realized my Semaglutide I was on before was 2.5 mg/3.2 ml concentration/60 units. So I’m just trying to match that dose :)
How To Reconstitute Based On Net Peptide Content From A COA 🧪
Stop wasting peptides by blindly following label dosing! Your COA (Certificate of Analysis) is your best friend - it tells you the ACTUAL peptide content, not what's printed on the vial. Real Example: Thymosin Alpha-1 - Label says: 10mg - COA shows: 7mg actual content - Solution: Adjust your reconstitution ratio The Math Made Simple Standard reconstitution: 10mg peptide + 1ml BAC water = 10mg/ml concentration COA-adjusted reconstitution: 7mg peptide + 0.7ml BAC water = 10mg/ml concentration Why This Matters ✅ Consistent dosing - You get the same concentration every time ✅ No waste - Use exactly what you need ✅ Better results - Accurate dosing leads to predictable outcomes ✅ Cost effective - Maximize every vial Quick Formula New BAC water volume = (Actual mg from COA ÷ Label mg) × Standard volume Example: (7mg ÷ 10mg) × 1ml = 0.7ml BAC water Pro Tips 🔬 Always check your COA before reconstituting 🎯 This method works for ANY peptide 💡 Some peptides test HIGHER than label - adjust accordingly S/O Peptira for making this process easy the net content right on the label Code Derek at Peptira Price Comparison Tool Who else adjusts based on COA results? Saving this for when my peptides arrives soon. I’m really scared I’m gonna mess up the reconstituting. First timer here.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight Mr. Peptira - not just as an awesome business owner, but as a genuine friend who actually gives a damn. We were talking yesterday and he straight-up said "you sound terrible, bro." And honestly? I did. I don't talk about this much, but I deal with a mix of autoimmune issues and allergies that make fall in Colorado absolutely brutal. My immune system goes into complete overdrive and makes life miserable. Then out of nowhere - random email: "Your order will be delivered tomorrow." This man OVERNIGHTED me KPV and Thymosin Alpha-1. Delivered within a day. I didn't even ask for it. This is what caring about your customers actually looks like. Yes, price matters. Quality matters. But having people in this industry who genuinely care about YOU as a person? That's everything. There are real people behind these businesses who go above and beyond when you need it most. @Mr Peptira is one of them. These are the things people don't see - the human side, the relationships, the people who step up without being asked. Much respect, brother. 🤝 peptideprice.store

I placed an order around 9:30 yesterday morning and it was shipped out by 12:30, I’m expected to get it by Monday. My first order and I’m so impressed with how fast everything moved. That’s so awesome I hope you get feeling better.
POTS Syndrome
Are there any peptides that help with POTS and Vasovagal syncope?
Sema vs Reta!
Has anyone switched from Semaglutide to retatrutide? Semaglutide is still working for me but I’ve read so much on R and wondering if I should switch? Thoughts? Info!
