And anyone who’s dealing with a legal issue (or potential one). And it teaches us a lot about how to create a solution to a problem that doesn’t even exist. The story is of a Florida “Mogul” who was 100% acting outside of the law. He slowed deals, caused headaches… and made millions from filing incorrect paperwork.
