Yo guys I have trouble with drugs mainly smoking substances, doing sniff from time to time and gambling addict. Just discovered a 5 min hot shower does wonders for whatever trouble you have let it be abstination or stress, just turn the water to fully cold in the last 10 seconds before you leave.. felt amazing, try it and share your opinions with me and also hacks you have found out helping.

@Mitchell Mills Don't know about running as I'm trying to gain weight but I'm exercising a lot outside gym from time to time and I'm biking all round my city so yeah I think it kinda feels almost the same
