The Real Problem With Low Members
Low membership isn't always the biggest problem. The bigger question is: What happens when someone joins? Do they know where to start? Do they take action? Do they participate? Do they come back? If the answer is no, getting more members will only repeat the same cycle. Fix the member experience before scaling it.

I want to do something useful for a community owner today.
Drop your Skool community below. I’ll look at it and give you 3 things I would change to improve: • Member engagement • Community structure • The overall member experience No pitch. I just want to demonstrate what I look for when I’m optimizing a Skool community.

Welcome to Everyday Fancy Cooking
Hey everyone — welcome. 👋 I’m Patrizio, a chef originally from Hawaii with Italian roots, and I’ve spent most of my life working in professional kitchens as both a cook and chef. Over the years I’ve worked everything from high-volume kitchens to gastropubs and private dining, and one thing I’ve learned is this: Great food doesn’t have to be pretentious. My style is what I call “everyday fancy” — taking real chef techniques and making them approachable, exciting, and actually usable at home. Inside this community I’ll be sharing: 🔥 Chef techniques 🔪 Knife skills & knife making 🍝 Recipes & plating 🍷 Private chef experiences 🔥 Behind-the-scenes kitchen life 👨‍🍳 Tips that actually matter in real cooking Whether you’re a home cook trying to level up or someone obsessed with food like I am, you’re in the right place. I appreciate every single person who joins early. We’re building something special here. Drop a comment and tell me: What’s one dish you’ve always wanted to master
