I learned this recipe from my brother-in-law. He makes his own mashed potatoes and I do too when I have time but this time, I used Bob Evans prepared mashed potatoes which are pretty good (not as good as homemade though). Only 6 ingredients and it took me about 20 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to bake.
