There are days when I genuinely don't feel like creating content. After hundreds of livestreams and who knows how many videos, even something you love can start to feel... repetitive and mundane. On those days, I have to trick myself. I literally pretend I'm an employee hired to do what I do. I imagine I'm working someone else's company instead of my own. Because I've always been a stellar employee, and if this were my 9 to 5, I'd show up, and do the work without complain or hesitantly to the best of my ability. So why should I treat my own business with any less commitment? And for me, that little mindset shift usually gets me moving. By the time I'm done pretending, my to-do list is cleared, and I'm proud of my work! All that to say this - not every day is going to feel exciting, and that's okay. Building something meaningful isn't about feeling motivated every morning. It's about showing up anyway. Do you have a hack that keeps you going? I wanna hear about it!
