47 yrs old: Left my corporate career after 27+ years in leadership. 48 yrs old: Started my own business, consulting with large companies and doing fractional COO work. 49 yrs old: Grew to a multi-six-figure business after pivoting from corporate consulting to coaching women leaving corporate to start their own businesses. 51–53 yrs old: Niched down again. Started helping women entrepreneurs grow the businesses they had already built. 54 yrs old: Found Skool. Started figuring out what community-led growth could actually look like. 55 yrs old: Started using summits and collaborations to grow instead of relying on social media. 55 yrs old: Built two freemium communities and grew them to thousands of members. 55 yrs old: Crossed six figures with this version of my business. 56 yrs old: Took five months off social media. 56 yrs old: Doubled down on Skool, YouTube, summits and recurring revenue. 56 yrs old: Built a business generating $10K–$15K months while working roughly 20–25 hours a week. 56 yrs old: Grew my communities to 13,000+ members. And I’m nowhere near done. I didn't start a business at 23. I didn't make my first million at 27. I reinvented myself in my late 40s. Then I kept reinventing the business as I changed. That might be my favourite part of entrepreneurship in midlife. You don't have to have it all figured out. You don't have to stick with the business you started. And you definitely don't have to be 25 to build something big. Your experience isn't baggage. It's leverage. At 40, 50, 60 or beyond, you aren't late. You might just be getting to the really good part.

In one week, she attended sessions at the summit, installed her Claude Code AND used Claude Code to build her a site. We have @Meaghan Lister who also installed Claude Code this week and is setting up her content machine! Sheldon has set up his Claude Code and is already building client facing tools from his years of experience! And the list goes on! I am so thrilled to see this. It is so motivating.
