The classroom segment on the vagus nerve was very interesting. I really enjoyed the interaction while learning the exercises to stimulate and activate the vagus nerve. The Humee Hum Brahm Hum chant was great. The exercises made me feel grounded and balanced while also creating a sense of lightness and openness within me.💥💫💥

This is my first time doing this and in my birth chart, I have 5 Placements in fire and air, 3 placements in water, and 1 placement in earth. I am looking forward to having a deeper understanding of what this means for me.💫💥💫

I found that my strongest element is water and my weakest element is fire. I'm excited to learn what that means for me. Earth was strong and Air was a little weak.
