What helps you when life is doing the most? When life is kicking my behind I enjoy watching action flims. Some of my favorites are John Wick, The Equalizer and Hunger Games. Currently I'm binge watching The Handmaids Tale. I'm drawn to movies where the characters are forced to overcome incredible odds simply to live a life of peace.
Same, binge watching TV. Usually a show I've seen before or a good action film. It used to be a good book, but I find it hard to concentrate nowadays. So TV and Tiktok are my comfort activities. Oh and cooking. Sometimes, body rolling in the kitchen to good music, chopping, stiring, and creating lifts my mood.
