Bio: I help women survivors restore mental wellness by teaching the gut-brain impact on trauma through my speaking and education programs.

Bio: Leta is the founder of the Uptown Dance Center since 1985. She teaches children ages 3 & up ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, acrobatics and ethnic dance.
