We've just had a very hot week here in the UK, really high temperatures, but we got through it! 😂 I live very close to the Gloucestershire border and they had the most spectacular thunder and lightening storm the other night. It was constant lightening and rolling thunder, so much so it woke me up and I sat up watching it out of my backdoor. I've never seen a storm like it. So what's coming up in June class wise? Winter is a time that can lower our moods, we can feel a little miserable, down, lethargic or fed up. This in turn lowers our immune system and makes us more susceptible to bugs and viruses. There’s more you can do than just supplement with Vitamin D, the ‘sunshine vitamin’ as it is called. This is a live online class via zoom, on Monday 9th December, at 7pm GMT, where we will be looking at 28 Essential Oils which are best suited to banish those winter blues and as a result, help maintain good physical health through a more robust immune system. Here come the Winter Essential Oils CPD Certificated classes, spread over 3 classes, starting on Monday 2nd November live on zoom at 7pm GMT. The other dates are: 16th November and 30th November. Over 3 classes we will be investigating 17 EO's to help us prepare for the darker winter months ahead and the inevitable bugs that go around and more. After each class I will send you comprehensive, individual handout/profile of each oil. Of course you won’t need to purchase all of them, as I will send you a sniffy stick for each oil so you can experience each individual oil in class and decide which ones you want in your kit.
