It's been a little while! So it's the perfect time to check in and share your latest visibility wins with us! I had the slowest September/October in terms of visibility EVER but I've come alive this week and have so much to share with you. Drop your wins and links in the comments so we can cheer you on. And, if you feel like you have not had any wins lately and need someone to review what you've got and help you figure out your next steps, you might be interested in my Next Step Audit. It's exactly what it sounds like - stop feeling like you have to throw everything out and start again. Get some perspective and fresh energy infused into what you've already create. 👉 Introducing The Next Step Audit 🌟 A 60-minute, one-to-one strategic session designed to help you cut through the overthinking and figure out what to do next, based on your unique business, goals and circumstances. Here's what you'll get: ✅ A personalised business assessment where I review what you're currently doing, what you've already created, your ideas and where you're trying to go. ✅ An expert outside perspective to connect the dots, identify what's working, uncover overlooked opportunities and diagnose what's keeping you stuck. ✅ Clarity on your next move, pinpointing the specific priority that's most likely to help you start making meaningful progress. ✅ Three practical, prioritised actions to help you move forward over the next 90 days. ✅ A custom tangible dashboard to take with you and refer back to, plus the recording from our call with your next step and exactly what to work on each day to get your momentum back. The goal isn't to give you more things to do. It's to help you make sense of what you already have, see what matters most right now, and stop spreading your energy across everything at once. I'm opening a limited number of introductory sessions for $97 until the 31st of October (then it will be $197) If you've been thinking, "I have so many things going on, but I can't work out what I should focus on to actually move forward," I'd love to help. In fact, this is the perfect time to get moving as we head in the Black Friday and end of year season - set yourself up to end 2026 with a bang (and a clear, actionable, simple strategy to make it really happen)

I had a win with my personal content because I made some really organic, low effort videos. No make up, no fancy lighting. I'd like to do more of that! But I see women's fitness posts being flooded with misogynistic comments right now, because of the Shane Gillis comment, and it's made me feel like I don't want to post. Finding it hard to get back into it. As far as my business page I just made one carousel post last week, to inform people that we aim to keep the gym as a safe space where women won't be judged for what they wear. Looks like it's our best performing carousel post!

Did you know Youtube is still one of the most powerful and prominent search engines!? It's a great way to be discovered and seen by new audiences, build trust and authority, and nurture your existing audience or remind them about your offers (or to come back to your community). It's not for everyone, but if you've got a Youtube channel, share it with us below (links allowed) Drop your Youtube link below and tell us: - The kind of content you create - Who it's for - One tip or something you've learnt that might help others Then don't forget to go and subscribe to and support others who have content you're interested in. This is my YouTube channel! I run it with my partner, Adam. It's for people who want to improve their strength training skills, specifically barbell lifts. Most recently, we have two videos about back squats, we've got another one coming soon, then bench and deadlift videos after that. One tip I've found is that I can use the same content as awareness-building ads on Facebook and Instagram, and I'm excited that we've finally figured out a sustainable way of sharing our knowledge like this! https://www.youtube.com/@essentialstrengthcoaching
I've only seen this twice now, but it is a trend??
It's when someone lists what they've done from waking up at the crack of dawn, normally a workout and responding to clients, etc. And they use the phrase "your max effort is someone else's daily minimum" 😬 Has anyone else seen this? I'd like to make my own realistic version of it because the ones I've seen are so braggy and out of touch.

@Katherine Mackenzie-Smith interestingly I saw it from from two female business coaches! But of course, there is SO much of it in health and wellness too, particularly with morning routines.

@Veronika Pyszkova ick such a weird self righteous trend. Still need to make a post with my version, I'm going to write it out today.
What would you say...
Is the most important thing you've done this year for visibility around your work? And it doesn't have to be obvious things like a feature, or guest spot, or a piece of content going viral (although that's all good too) but something maybe unexpected or personal that really made a difference for you. Because it might spark an idea or motivate someone else in here. And, I think it's always worth reflecting and reviewing where we've come from instead of just always forging ahead. Let us know, I'll drop mine in the comments too ⤵️

I'd say it was the cumulative effort of putting out content, I used to overthink every post and now it's less of a concern because I try to remember that it's not just one post that people see in order to work with you, they have to see lots of them. I also use a method where feed posts gets added to a retargeting campaign and people are like "I see your posts ALL the time!". I'm still building this out for my online audience but for local this works so well.

@Katherine Mackenzie-Smith it's so interesting seeing what does well, and then that really helps for ads. I think I've also finally understood the "teach ONE thing per video" content method but I used to be all over the place with that 😅

Hi 👋🏻 my group is Strong Society Lifting Club - a space where you can ask the questions that you're worried about asking (no they're not stupid 😅) and get feedback on your lifts or clarification around why you're struggling with them. The lowest tier is free! And it includes our training around building better body awareness so you know how you should be moving for each type of exercise when you're doing your strength training workouts. The goal is to stop worrying about potential injury and build a strong skill set to move better and lift more weight 💪🏻 https://www.skool.com/strength-training/
