I’m a personal trainer and nutritionist, and I run FitDad Collective, where I help busy dads get fitter, feel more confident, and build habits that actually stick without living in the gym. You guys have any tips for me? My one and a half year old is going to school for the first day tomorrow! His mom is more upset then I am.. Update: teacher said he had a bad day and he cried a bit when I picked him up..
