Substitute Leg Extensions
I had ACL knee surgery 2016. Was told by the surgeon not to do leg extensions. I haven’t until this program so didn’t listen to surgeon. Been having knee pain where the screw is inserted. I work out at home no commercial gym. Any suggestions on what I can substitute for leg extensions please? Thanks in advance. Kim

@Amy Ledin thx. I don’t remember why the surgeon asked me not to do the leg extension machine. I haven’t done them ever until last round. I started noticing pain in my screw so I have just skipped them lately. Will have to deal with the skinny quad 😢

I turned 50 in March. Have stopped playing hockey so I need to keep up with my activity. I am a busy Realtor and RN so need some structure
